I dropped my son’ s bike off on a Thursday requesting that training wheels (which I provided) be put on. They told me it would be ready the following Wednesday. I didn’t hear anything from them until the following Saturday. We went back and forth with messages regarding a few questions they had. Later the following week they called to inform me that the tire had a bulge in it and they wanted to know if I wanted a new tire put on. It did not have a bulge in it when I took it in there. Every time I called back I spoke to a different person and never actually talked to the person working on my sons bike. I told them to go ahead and change the tire and put the slime in it. This was last Saturday. The person I talked to said he would do it and it would be ready later that day. Today, I went to pick it up, nearly three weeks after I was originally told it would be ready! I didn’t pay attention, my bad, and paid and loaded it up and went home. My son started riding it and I noticed it had a bulge in the front tire. I called back and was told there was no note to change it so it hadn’t been changed!! The guy told me I could bring it back in and that would do it. He didn’t offer to do it for free since they messed up. Either way I told him no thanks. I will be taking it somewhere else since they can’t seem to do the job correctly. So disappointed. My son was so excited for his bike. They kept it nearly three weeks and then still didn’t get everything done. So disappointing. I won’t be giving them my service again!

I couldn't be happier with my new Specialized Stumpjumper mountain bike. I was overwhelmed but immediately upon entering the store Jeremy put me at ease and he and the other staff gave the best customer service ever. Jeremy took a lot of extra time to make sure the bike was the exact right fit for me and had me try out all the features right there so I was comfortable with them. He even fitted me for a saddle that will make the riding even more comfortable. I couldn't be more excited about my new bike and can't say enough about how experienced, low-pressure and professional the staff were. Thank you Ridgeline!

These guys are the real deal. Jeremy is amazing. I went in to have my skis serviced for the season and I walked out a brand new pair of skis at a spanking deal. He knows his equipment and he fits that equipment to his customer. He is personable, knowledgeable and I'll do business with him again in a flash. Great store, great people, great atmosphere!

Amazing service. We just recently outfitted my wife with skis, bindings and boots and I bought a new snowboard, we are going back for a bike and the rest of our winter gear. The service was top notch and a very enjoyable experience, looking forward to supporting them in the future. Jeremy the owner took the time to make sure my wife had ski boots that would be comfortable for her. It's fun to shop when all the guys in the store are great to work with. See you guys soon.

NICK was extremely helpful in assisting me in picking out a safe and affordable helmet for my morning commute ride to work. I will definitely be a regular customer. Along with the helmet purchase he informed me of their 'item of the Week' deal which was a 500 Lum headlight and also a tail light for visibility on the road which I needed! Regularly 69.00 USD and I only paid 42.00 usd for it at the register . It's working great so far!

What a great shopping experience! My hubby and I went in to purchase new skis, boots, snowboard, etc. The staff was warm and friendly and so knowledgeable. The owner, Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure I had comfy and appropriate gear. We came back a few days later to purchase a bike for my husband. As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place to shop for ski and bike gear.

Love this bike store! They know their stuff. Jeremy the owner was very helpful in helping my wife and I find the right bike that would allows us to really enjoy all that Boise has to offer. Jake and Spencer were also super helpful on educating me on how to properly care for our new bikes. We absolutely love our stump jumpers.
