I dropped off 4 watches in Sept.2020. One watch simply needed the battery replaced, one needed the stem switched out (I provided the replacement) and the other were non-functioning automatics that needed diagnosis and repair. When I dropped them off, the watchmaker wasn't there and I discussed the repairs with the clock repair guy. I was told it would likely be 3-4 months to complete everything and I would be contacted with estimates. After stopping back by the shop 4 times, leaving several phone messages and attempting to contact them through their website, I picked all 4 watches up last week (one week shy of 6 months). No work had been done and I never did meet or speak with the watchmaker. During the 2 visits to the shop prior to picking up the watches, the clock repair guy was very apologetic and took all 4 watches out of the storage case and physically placed them on the watchmaker's bench stating "I'll have him look at them and call you." I realize this is a one man operation and that it's a precise and time consuming specialty, but the lack of customer service was astounding. A simple call or email stating "I'm really backed up or I won't be able to get to them until x, would you like to pick them up?" would have been nice. Wouldn't recommend.

I dropped a 1905 Hamilton pocket watch off on 7/24/20 it runs perfect just needed new glass. I also dropped off a small antique electric clock that no longer ran. After several phone calls with no information and no return phone calls, I went in today 1/8/21 almost 6 months later and he first said he had called me to tell me the clock was ready, then said no that was someone else. He proceeded to try to find the watch and couldn’t find it. After several minutes of looking he found the watch, which was not touched. He said I could leave the watch and he could check with his son to see what was happening? I did not leave the watch. He originally told me 3 weeks to fix both. VERY unprofessional!! Very unorganized and poor communication. He also charged me the full price for the clock after all of that. I would absolutely not recommend this business.
Steven was incredibly helpful. Returned my call in timely manner. He had it fixed within a short time and the price was super reasonable. Thank you for allowing me to continue cherishing the memories I have with the clock.
They replaced the crown (winding knob) on my favorite watch, then a few weeks later it broke again. Turns out the part that broke wasn't what they replaced, but I brought it back and they dug deeper into the watch and replaced the failed part at no extra cost. This was above and beyond and I appreciated the time they took to explain what happened. Will be back. Highly recommended for watch/clock repair.

I hadn't worn a watch in years and found myself needing one today. I pulled out two identical non-functional watches from my jewelry box - I had previously bought a new one since I didn't know where to get my old one repaired. I walked right in to the shop and Benny evaluated both then fixed the better watch for me while I waited. Great atmosphere, great customer service, and my watch works!
