We went in here to get my sister a whole new kitchen , she is currently pregnant and can't wear a mask due to underlying issues with stressing the baby and blood pressure. The manager kicked us out due to my sister being unable to wear a mask . The other 4 people in our group were wearing masks it was obvious we were not trying to be blantant or ignorant in mask rules . We kindly tried to explain the issue but she told us we were not welcome. I understand the need for masks we all do but there are ligit people who can't wear them ! And I feel like an absolutely no exception is just rude and snooty.

This review is for the Williams-Sonoma web ordering (not the local store). I ordered 2 products in March (both showed in stock with fast delivery). Once the order was input then both items were back-ordered. I finally received one item in May but the other was back-ordered until June (no emails sent). Now I check and the product is back-ordered until December 2020 (again, no email sent on status - the products still shows available on their website). I called their 800# and waited on hold for 20 minutes before it was picked up and then hung up on -- this happened 2 times. Finally, I used their chat and got an individual from one of their stores who was able to assist me (hopefully I will receive my refund but no confirmation was sent). Just warning those who are considering purchasing from this company online as they are very deceptive in their practices.

I needed some Garlic Olive Oil and checked to see if they were opened. They were so I went to the mall where they are located and the doors are locked with some sort of sign on the door and a phone number to call. The clerk answered the phone and told me they only have appt but they didnt have any right then so she could help me. She came to the door proceeded to ask me if I had a mask and gloves which I didn’t she told me she would let me in this one time, only me, my husband had to stay outside. She locked the door as she let me in and I got my oil and she unlocked the door to let me out. She had Lysol wipes at the counter. I felt like they had already pegged me as having the virus. William and Sonoma was more concerned about someone bringing the virus in then customer service, which is so sad If that is what our economy is becoming. I will not be back their until they can treat customers like they are normal instead they are treating customers like they have the virus and are living in fear. They should stay closed until they feel safe.

This store has some really nice cooking items. They're functional & beautiful. So these investments are multi use, quality items. The salesladies are personable, helpful, patient, and fun. They have lots of great ideas for personal touches as well. Creative! and absolutely not pushy or rude.
