I went to Zamzows at Fairview Store 6313 Fairview Ave., Boise, Idaho and had excellent service by Chris Davison who personally took time to help me buy needed products for my dog who needs special help at this time. Chris, you gave me needed professional and skilled information which helped to buy needed products. Thank you, Chris. The cashier,Delaney, was extremely courteous and helpful in my purchase which l appreciate. These two employees made my visit at Zamzows better than l expected. You are both an asset to this company. 1/12/2021 I called ahead to see if they had crickets in which they did. Sadly, the prices were almost double of that from a competitor. Plus, it said they were extra large and they look like smalls. We stood there by the cricket tank, not one employee acknowledged our existence. One gal was messing with the garden hose in the corner near us. She turned around and saw us standing there didn’t say one word. Didn’t ask if we needed help, or a hold on a minute, nothing. I told my friend that we were leaving!! Walked by the cashiers. One looked at us In the eye and they didn’t say one word either. (Fairview location)
The guy that I talked to was very knowledgeable with house plant. I learned a lot while purchasing some of the plants there.
