This is the area to park in if you want to access the Bolin Creek Trail and the Tanyard Branch Trail. It is connected to the Umstead Park. Very nice area for volleyball, biking, roller blading , dogs, walking etc. There are restrooms, a playground and picnic tables. The path is being repaired and is now beautifully paved. It runs along the creek. Too bad it is already marred by graffiti.
