My Dad always told me if you can't say anything nice,- don't say anything at all!

Initially there were issues coordinating the service. Those issues were resolved. Our Magnolia tree is healthy and looking great again! Thanks to Scott for his expertise and for going the extra distance. We appreciate his efforts and the service we received.

I am very very disappointed with Bartlett Tree Service. We have a Linden tree that is infested with the Japanese beetle. On 9-8-17 treatment was applied to the root paid 200 in advance. Nine months later the beetles are back eating the tree and creating a mess. They said they can't reapply the chemical because they say it is Illegal spraying it will kill the bee's and spray would be to close to our house. This was guaranteed for 2 yrs now they want to charge us ANOTHER 200.

I have used Bartlett Tree Experts in the past and have been satisfied with their service. Unfortunately, we had a glitch this year and I am disappointed. I signed a proposal back in April to take care of a diseased Schubert Cherry in the front yard and a couple of apple trees in my backyard. No complaints on the fertilization of the cherry tree. However, the crabapple and apple tree in my backyard that had diseased leaves were to receive 3 foliage treatments. My bad is I didn't see that the proposal said crabapple in front but when the servicemen came I told him he needed to treat the trees in the back. He said it wasn't in his work order but he would make a note to Tom, who was the gentleman who initially came to the house to look at the trees to diagnose. The second time the serviceman came out to treat the trees the same thing happened and I redirected and he promised to make a note to Tom...again. The first two foliage treatments took place after my redirection. The third foliage treatment, however, was not done as it still wasn't on the work order and I didn't convince this guy to do the two correct apples in the backyard. This recent visit when Bartlett was out treating the cherry in front, I asked if he could get the two trees in back since they were skipped. He said it was too late. So I called the office. The rep told me I was only charged for 2 of the 3 treatments but looking at my invoices I paid 115 for each invoice (nos. 3380, 3381 & 3382) specifically saying \foliage treatment.\ So I overpaid 115 and asked if they could rectify this on my new invoice of 114 to fertilize the cherry. Nope. She wanted to send Tom back out...why, can he give me my money or treat the trees? No. So I sit here very upset that I paid 115 for a treatment I didn't receive with no satisfactory outcome. They have my money and I don't.
