The best wings I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some really good buffalo wings. Surprisingly delicious mac n cheese, a side many have failed to master. Mouth watering brisket chili. And last but not least, awesome customer service from everyone I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with. I didn’t catch the managers name but he took care of a minor mistake caused by the app. He was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond. I implore you to give this awesome restaurant a try. I’m certain you will not be disappointed.

All and all BBQ was pretty good, like a solid effort. Hubby like their sauce. As for this trip my food could of been served at a hotter temp, just saying it was made fresh one min before I grabbed it to eat and was like Luke warm. Nice Clean place, tasty food. Plus, I still believe you can get a freebie for downloading their app. We would go back, but don’t care for the bread, not a really a fan of beans either not pretty priced reasonably. #dickeysbarbecuepit
This was a wonderful establishment, until ownership changed. The food and service is now less than 1 star! I should've known something was off when I watched the manager/owner rubbing mustard on a large piece of meat/brisket the entire time I was there, while looking back and forth at a cell phone. They gave me the most awful dry turkey, instead of the pulled chicken I ordered. Muhammad laughed as he said we're short staffed and he'd reverse the charge. I've spoken with Muhammad at least 3 times and he insists he's reversed the charges or processed a credit. To date nothing has happened! I will NEVER again visit this place as long as he owns it!
As much as we liked the food, we will not be coming back. Their claim to be 100% Halal is questionable. Although their meat (beef, chicken etc) is halal but is smoked in the same grill where PORK is also cooked. so there is always risk of cross contamination.
A hidden gem in Bolingbrook. First time coming to Dickey's. Greeted as we walked in the door. Enjoyed the largest baked potato topped with tender brisket. We tried a few things tonight. Brisket sandwich came with two sides and we ended up taking some of it home. The most tender, juicy slices of turkey. The pulled pork was just as good. When you are done with your meal top it off with a small soft served cone.
