My mother and I were shopping at this location yesterday. We picked up a bunch of fresh herbs, succulents, and other stuff. We had one centerpiece that was pre made of succulents! It was absolutely beautiful. Only problem was there was no price or upc. The cashier rang us up then called for a price/upc for the item that didn't have one. 10 minutes later we are still waiting to hear back from the gardening dept. so the cashier proceeded to \suspend\ our sale until they got back to us. 10 minutes later I inquire what is going on with it! The cashier responds that it is out of his hands now and apologizes for the wait. Another 10 minutes go by and he is now offering us a discount for the wait. One of the self check out girls inquired about what was going on and he explained we have been waiting so she goes back to check. 2 minutes later she returns to the self checkout with out explaination. Another 10 minutes go by and at this point we are both aggregated so we decide to just get everything but the item they couldn't find. The cashier then starts to unbag our stuff to re-ring it!!!! At this point we are both done and tell the cashier to just forget it we will purchase our stuff from somewhere else. I have worked retail and customer service for over 10 years! I am a manager at another retailer and I have never had such a bad shopping experience! Normally I can just shrug it off because more than most I understand the struggles behind working retail, but this is just ridiculous! A customer should never have to wait that long for a price look up! This store lost out on an over 200 purchase! We will be going to another location after this and unfortunately this one is the closest to us!
