Everyone is so nice! I actually look forward to my check ups since it will give me a chance to catch up with everyone. I highly recommend Hidden Lakes Dental Care.

Honestly, the most sincere and caring group you could ask for. The hygienists are all careful and cautious while cleaning for patients with teeth/gum sensitivity. Dr.B is amazing and very personable. I've only been a patient for a year but feel like I've known her 10. Their office is spotless and their front desk is kind. I sure have found a life long dentist!

It was my sons first dentist appointment and he was a bit nervous. From start to finish, EVERYONE was amazing and made him feel so comfortable. They showed him all the tools before using them and made them sound fun. They gave him special sunglasses to wear, he had SO much fun! Dr. Bachinski is the best, I would HIGHLY recommend! Update: still going one year later this time for more in depth work. Again, everyone was so dang friendly and accommodating! Best dentist office I’ve ever been to!

I've only been here twice- once for a yearly cleaning, and then again for a filling- but so far this is the best dental office I've ever been to. Everybody goes out of their way to be as friendly and helpful as they possibly can. I get a lot of anxiety with fillings and told them beforehand and they handled it better then anybody ever has- checking in every step and explaining everything very thoroughly. Even the little details like checking with your insurance to provide you with what your visit will cost before you come in and asking/ using your preferred name shows their level of commitment to quality customer service. Very glad I found this place!

I normally do not like to give bad reviews to anyone as I always try to find the positive in places. But I found myself inclined to voice my opinion and ensure this does not happen to someone else. This dental has the worst customer service. I have been waiting for over a week for the manager to contact me to settle a situation that I truly was upset over but the manager did not have the courtesy to contact me instead they had someone who is not the manager contact me. My husband had missed an appointment due to work-related issues but since I did not call within 24 hours they charged me a fee. Fine, I paid it but then, unfortunately, I had to cancel another appointment because he got hit with COVID. I called but because it was less than 24 hours they charged me yet another fee even though it was COVID related. According to them, they sent me to collections which I had no idea since I never got a bill, an email or a phone call. They also stated because they had sent my bill, (of a fee) to collections I had to pay all of my services upfront when I tried to make an appointment. I found this to be ridiculous and outrageous since I do have insurance. My son and daughter also attend that dental place but they were very quick at saying they can schedule an appointment for them without a problem which is ironic since they are under my insurance and I am the one that pays the bill. If we were such bad customers then why does this not apply to my kids as well. This is truly sad as I have pulled all of my accounts from there. I would not recommend this place to no one. Terrible customer service. Based on different reviews this is common practice with them so be aware.
