Disappointed with the service received from Pete, the warehouse manager. Had an order to pickup and first we went in the front office but no one was there to help us out. Then we went in the back, went in the warehouse and Pete gave us an attitude that we cant be in the warehouse cuz of covid and that theirs a sign on the door. The sign was small and can barely see it and in the end Pete told us that we should be thankful that they are open because of covid. Also, he stated that he doesn't care if we close our account. I guess my message to Pete is be thankful you have a job even though covid is closing down so many businesses and maybe be thankful that small businesses are still working and providing orders for them to fill. Second, we are going to close our account with JSI and wish you nothing but the best.

We install these cabinets daily and love them. Customers are pleased with the amount of color selections and styles they have to offer and the customer service is fantastic.

JSI is capable of making beautiful cabinets, but you need to plan on replacing multiple pieces right away because they will arrive damaged. Literally every time we sell one of their kitchens we have to order replacements. We had a couple where the replacements didn't match the color and they sent new ones 3x and it still didn't match so we had to custom paint everything. It is not worth it as there are better companies at better prices. Their customer service is the worst!
