Was one of the best shopping experiences I've had was at Macy's in Bolingbrook in fine jewelry with Female associate Jemma (Hemma, sorry for any misspelling). I was at Macy's Bolingbrook, then Macy's Orland park and then back at Macy's Bolingbrook (due to multiple online orders) because how well she took care of me the 1st time I knew I could count on her to get the job done, which wasn't the case at Macy's Orland park . You made my day by allowing me to make the days of my wife and daughters and I just want to say I appreciate it and thank you so very much and for all future shopping needs Macy's and Promenade in general is my place of choice thank you for going above and beyond!
