Horrible. Unsafe. Dirty. Do not put your family in danger. Untrustworthy, unethical, dangerous. Illegal. Check with the State of Illinois. No license, I will be reporting to the Secretary of State. There is too much wrong with this swindler company to list on this post. We did have to call the Romeoville PD because we feared for our safety when they (the owner and her boyfriend) blocked our car from leaving the parking lot. Absolutely horrible!

So this place is either really great, or really dangerous, and you'd like to take your family on a trip....hmmmm??? Go see for yourself before you rent. Also-google a copy of the Illinois laws for operating a vehicle rental business before you decide. The facts will speak for themselves. Thats All. Seems pretty smoky...
WARNING. Read this before booking. FRAUD. This company is a fraud. See all the negative reviews posted and my photo’s. Hopefully my review prevents that your holiday turns in to a nightmare. We wanted to rent a trailer for 2 wks holiday and the trailer was filthy and had all kind of malfunctioning parts. Watertank did not hold its water, fridge did not work on gas, spare tire missing, and awning really dirty and broken. We had to go to the repair shop ourselves. Renata was very rude and started yelling. Our text messages you can read below. I decided to return the trailer the 2nd day. Regarding the reply of the owner: “The previous customer stated it was nothing wrong with the water or fridge”. The company should do a clean up and full check before renting it out. Simply going with the feedback of the previous customer is not adequate or professional. As stated, they were billed by the technician for the repairs so clearly things were not working. Also look at the photo of the awning. This speaks for the state the unit is in.
Happy to give R&R RV Rental five stars! The RV we rented was clean and in great condition. All systems operated as designed and it was easy to drive. Renata took the time to explain the RV, how it works, and demo any and all systems. All and all a great experience - I will be back. Thank you!
