The employee that helped us was a great person but the company is terrible. Has bad customer service .the nice man that works in the store was even upset over the run around we received and we ended our contract with att and went to verizon .att is a terrible place they are rude and try to intimidate the customer and lie to them not good business .

Jeremy was awesome. He took care of our needs perfectly from phone's, cases ie this Pelican case is amazing, took care of my mom and all her questions very patient. Just an A Plus experience all around.

I worked with Jeremy to upgrade my phone last week, he was amazing. He helped explained the difference in the phones I was looking at, made the upgrade transition easy, helped me find a case for it and got me back out of there in time to make it back to work from my lunch break. Amber was fantastic. Made it easy and quick. She had no way of knowing but this was my 3rd stop in an effort to get my wife a new phone. She was the only one to look up my account and tell me what was possible instead of what wasn't. GREAT JOB MS AMBER
