I've never seen such lack of respect for loved ones that passed.... Photo attached shows keepsake urns in a tangled pile of knots.... It's hard enough facing that these precious ashes are all that remain of your loved ones, it's a slap in the face knowing that you paid to be disrespected.

I recently attended a service at Butler Funeral Home and was impressed with the organization and the level of care provided by the staff. The facility is one of the finest I have seen and the service was executed flawlessly. I was not surprised to hear that the family was pleased with every aspect of the service. Thank you Butler Funeral Home and staff for the compassion you show the Family's of Polk county!!!

I WOULD GIVE MINUS 10 STARS IF I COULD BUT IT MADE ME PUT ONE. First, they are liars. I called to see when my aunt could come see him and he said \she did not want to see him\ I later told my aunt about this and she called him saying she really wanted to see him because she was in town when it happened but they had took him to Waynesville already to be cremated and wouldn't allow her to. They transported him before she could ever see him. She did not get to see her husband one last time because they lied to us. Second, my uncle had a ruby ring set in a high carat gold on his finger that we saw on his dead body before they took him. When my aunt went to get the belongings that ring wasn't in there. We have called numerous times asking for it but they are about the most rudest people to talk to when they know they have done wrong. Butler is the worst funeral home you could ever use. Dont ever use them!! They are all extremely rude, unremorseful, and unfriendly people (guess dealing with dead bodies all day does that to you). When they picked my uncle up Kent (One of the main guys) decided to not shake hands with any of us who had just lost a family member. Put yourself in our position and if you would like these things done to you then by all means use them. Otherwise, I wouldn't suggest it.
