She doesn't stand behind her work. She put a cheap zipper in a heavy Winter coat which broke very easily and refused to replace it. The zipper failed with the first wearing after replacement. Traverson knows this and knows she did shoddy work. With the very high price she charged for this job, not standing behind her work is pretty pathetic.
Jackie is an incredibly-talented designer, dressmaker & more. Her alteration abilities with any type of fabric are unequaled. Her concepts and ideas are classic yet modern; stylish yet comfortable; and she knows exactly how to accentuate any person's positive attributes. AND you get exactly what you want at a great price, especially considering the craftsmenship. (PLUS she is patient, warm, understanding & creative every step of the way): She \does\ vintage, chic, upscale, casual wear, wedding, men's wear, bridesmaid dresses and much, much more! Anything you can think of to do with fabric, she can make it happen. She's also been compassionate & understanding when/if I had to cancel appointments. I could go on forever, but needless to say, she's amazing, loves what she does and if you have a specific vision in mind for how you want to look in a certain type of clothing, she can turn your vision into a comfortable, gorgeous, well-fitting, wearable-art of apparel. I drive over an hour one way just to see her and it's worth it every time!
Jackie is great! She has altered jeans and dresses for me. She gets me in immediately and has my alterations done quickly. Highly recommend her!
I took my granddaughters dress of her dreams to her to alter as it was a adult size 7/8 Jackie took it to a kid's size 14/16 She added little cap sleeves to the dress and she is just AMAZING she is quick awesome great helped make a girl's dream come true and offered to teach her to sew somethings this winter I absolutely love this lady and will recommend her to everyone
