We had a great time at this place. We are very introverted people and enjoyed being alone. We had the Campgrounds and river to ourselves. This not a place to go if your looking to go down the river like the mohican. I'll def be coming back. The primitive campsites and camping were all in one. Cheap, nice campsite,

Super fun time. Staff was great and wonderful w are group. We had ten people, 2 senior citizens and 5 kids under the age of 8. Everyone was kind and helpful.
5 of us in a group are very big into kayaking. We paid 30 each for a six mile kayaking trip. Anyone who knows what they are doing would definitely find this place a rip off. It was MAYBE 3 miles then they tried to tell us it just felt fast because of the current.. I have been kayaking at all times of the year and there is no way in hell that we did 6 miles in less than one hour with the current (which is very normal right now). We didn't even paddle the whole time either, we floated and took our time and it still was only an hour. Usually it take us 3-4 hours to kayak 6 miles and take a lunch break half way through. They charged WAY too much for it being only 3 miles and telling people it is 6. I challenge people to map it out when you get to the drop off or use your Fitbit and track it. 6 miles in less than an hour doesn't add up. I will definitely take my business to Ernie's Bike Shop when they open back up in a week. And I recommend going there instead for all of you too.
Called multiple times and left emails starting about three weeks prior to our trip with no answer or replies. Ended up meeting our group on the river and felt like criminals. Our group was told that because they were tubing and we were kayaking that we couldn’t be part of my friends group. So we found a place to put on the river and another to take off the river on our own. I guess I should give more stars cause they saved us about 50 dollars in fees. Had a great time on the river but NTR rally has nothing to do about that.
Staff is so friendly! The young lady that checked us in went above and beyond to make sure we have best trip. Would come here again for tubing. Update: a year and I am still coming from Cleveland here. The BEST staff! So friendly and know me by my voice on phone lol. Camping is included if you are going on the river! I honestly have not found a better place to go. Anyone that complains about them holding your keys, it is for your safety. They are NOT going through your car. You honestly don't want to lose your keys in the river. I did and got lucky a fisherman found them and took them to giant eagle. They called me in the middle of the river and he met me back at the site with them.
