Cordial, competent, customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend taking your Infinity here. I had concerns and my advisor Mr Wallace asked the shop foreman to come and explain everything to me. I drive 45 minutes to get to Bommarito Infinity, when Plaza is so much closer. Prior to my deciding who would service my first Infiniti I went to both Plaza and Bommarito to check them both out. I had been looking for a particular type of car for a few months and finally found one here. I sent an email to inquire about the car and received a return phone call within minutes. Mike Bozzi was not pushy and asked if he could follow up in a few days. I actually reached out to him prior to the agreed upon time and began negotiations on the car. I received what I wanted for my trade and was able to have the approval and documents ready within an hour after calling. I drove 8 hours to get this car and was in and out the door within an hour or so. Seamless transaction and friendly, professional staff. Mike called the next day to follow up on the sale and to check in. He also emailed a few times to check on us and the car. All in all, it was a nice experience.
