From fighting my insurance company to understand the damages were related to my accident to just staying in contact about the status of my car. I always have a mixed experience here. People are friendly and professional, but other times I have my doubts. Most recently, they forgot to do the usual mulit-point inspection with my routine maintenance. Had to contact them like 3 times just to get an appointment. I even emailed the service advisor, left a voicemail, etc. and they never called me back after 3 days. Wow, really?! Their online scheduling system has been broken for who knows how long as well, which makes matters even worse. I've complained about it to corporate, and they said they're working on it. I've seen no progress. They need to update their Covid guidelines too, these paper print outs are too old. Seating area is comfortable, coffee is tasty. So usually my experience isn't this bad, but please fix these things! Thanks
