Wonderful! Love every thing about it! Staff is professional and knowledgeable and sensitive to the clients needs. Nothing is ever pushed on you. The spa is clean and very relaxing. I have been seeing Stephanie for a year and my skin looks wonderful, very happy with results. BAMS is the best at what they do! Highly recommend visiting you will not regret it.

Absolutely amazing spa! I have received laser treatment and waxing. I had forgotten not to have laser done while on antibiotics and thank goodness the staff reminded me and rescheduled my appointment. Everyone is friendly and very professional. I love the boutique feel and relaxing environment. I highly recommend the spa and will continue to do so!
Bon Air Med Spa is hands down the BEST spa in Richmond. I have visited many spas in the Richmond area and even worked at a spa, and I have to say that Bon Air Med Spa is the best I have ever been to. I saw Brooke for a facial and my skin looks amazing... she truely worked a miracle in the hour that I was there. I have been to dermatologist and tried every product on the market and Brooke was able to make my skin look the best it ever has in one hour! The staff at Bon Air Med spa was absolutely wonderful, from the time I walked in the door; I was greeted by smiling faces and immediately put at ease. It’s always a little intimidating visiting a place I have never been before but, the environment here was so relaxing and calming. ALL of the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. They all knew my name and treated me like family. I highly recommend this spa to anyone!
I don't live in Richmond, but I travel every 6-8 weeks 3 hours to Bon Air Med Spa because of the superior service I receive. I am not a number or even a customer, the staff has taken the time to personalize their services and make me feel like I am family. I absolutely love the services that are provided. The staff is top notch! I highly recommend Brooke and the BAMS Ladies!
I went in to Bon Air Med Spa today for a bikini wax for Valentine's day. My boyfriend got me a special through Living Social (which is awesome because beauty treatments are not cheap!) The atmosphere of the spot is very nice and friendly. As a first timer, I was quite nervous. Brooke was awesome! She did a great job explaining the procedure and letting me know what to expect. We talked the whole time so it wasn't awkward and it was distracting from the pain. She's meticulous and experienced, and will make sure you get what you're paying for. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return.
Not only are their services great, but the atmosphere there is lovely…from the decor to the warm and loving spirit of the women that work there. From the front desk to those that provide the services you always feel special and cared about. Bon Air Med Spa is the whole package :-)!

I have been a client of Bon Air Med Spa since they opened and prior to that, I followed Brooke Miller from spa to spa. When you find a technician as amazing and helpful, such as the ladies at BAMS, why would you look anywhere else?! I highly recommend Bon Air Med Spa to anyone, male or female, who is looking for a great atmosphere, clean environment and wonderful staff!
