This is the best place to visit if you're interested in a modular or a sectional home. They have it set up really well to go in the actual houses with furniture in them so you can get the best idea of whether or not each house would be right for you. There's a big variety of sizes and styles to choose from whether you're looking for a weekend home or your full time home I think you'll find what you're looking for. And the sales staff is great too, not pushy in the least and very helpful. Good luck searching and have fun!

We were recommended to go to NCH to find our Manufactured home. We have been very pleased with all the information and selection of homes available for us to choose from. We choose a Mid Country home and are eagerly waiting for delivery.
Paul and his team are true construction professionals. I built through the covid pandemic and the team at North country homes provided a quality product on time and under budget. I couldn't have asked for more!!
Just spent the day in the rain and cold with johns crew, great guys, good workers,very respectfully.too bad the other crew wouldn't stay and help them.. very impressive crew.the house is done perfectly..and I didn't make it easy for them.hills, trees,mud and a narrow rd.. thank you guys
Very nice homes but should have had more display models and someone right there to take a person around to see them.
