While, I enjoy the fact that there are still places in America where you can still go rent a movie to bring home in person, unfortunately the same problems follow such as late fees. Being a person who has rented from here and enjoys the selection I would maybe advice family video to come up with a mail in return policy or to lower late fees in order to not deter away any customers. Great selection though
