Bought large Italian marble fountain and gazebo. Supposed to be Italian craftwork and marble. Clearly made in China, not Italy. Crate boxes labeled in Chinese with Chinese writing and wrapped in Chinese newspaper. Faces of statues don’t look anything like beautiful Italian carvings they showed us in their catalogues. Marble now falling apart and discolored. We paid over 50,000 USD. The beautiful iron decorative top to our gazebo we ordered from catalogue was nothing like the plain iron simple crown we received. This also rusted away within a few months from delivery

Over the years we have bought many oriental rugs and dealt with many rug dealers. This is one of the very best. Mo has been in this business for a long time and is very knowledgeable about rugs. The staff is very professional and attentive to your needs. They have large inventory of beautiful rugs. Mo helped us pick two very good quality silk and wool hand knitted large rugs that compliment our furniture and art work. We highly recommend them.

First I would like to say that if you are in the SW Florida area you have to see the showroom! It's like walking through a fine arts museum. Chris Campbell was very helpful helping us picking out 2 bronze statues for our pool area. Fines was easy to work with and, was very accommodating working with us as construction delays forced fines to hold our purchases longer than planned. One of the large statues developed a stress crack. Fines replaced the statue. I covered the cost of the return shipping and the new item shipping cost. I could not have asked for a better overall service experience.

Nice stuff but “Extremely overpriced items” a friend of mine told me they oder stuff from China, Thailand and other poor countries factories and then re-sell 5 times the price. Come one guys you can do better than ripping people off.
