One Salesmen

Product knowledge is lacking. Told me that my 2008 Ford F150 didn't have a 2v 4.6L V8, when in fact it did. I pulled the head... 2 valves per cylinder. He then proceeded to tell me that my truck wasn't a 2008 if it had the 2v. Clearly I would know what year of truck I bought, as it is a 2008 according to the VIN and the title as well as the registration. Knowing that the guy on the phone obviously didn't know what he was talking about, and tried to convince me that I knew nothing about my vehicle. I did a title search 6 months prior to this date before I bought it. In summary, I would at least not take your 4.6L 2V Ford F150 to these guys. *IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY* I did not get mad. I hung up because I didn't feel you new the 2008 Ford F150 4.6L as well as you might think. You did not ask \are you sure it's a 2008?\ You said (on a recorded line) \well it's probably not a 2008 then\ That being said, I did my research. The 2008 Ford F-150 Base did come FACTORY with a 4.6L SOHC 16-Valve NON-PI V8 engine. I checked the VIN, the engine I pulled was all original. I called my local Ford dealer, the service advisor confirmed that yes, the 2008 Ford F-150's did sometimes come with the 16-Valve 4.6L as long as it was base model and a Windsor. A quick check confirmed that my engine was built in the Windsor plant. All in all, I do not think that the owner has a lack of product knowledge across the board, just in this particular situation. And just to be clear, I believe this company can do some pretty solid work. I do not think you should steer clear of this company, unless you have a specific engine, in a specific truck from a specific year from a specific plant, such as I do.

Good tune and I don't have idling issues like I did with Justin/justune. On par with other tuners in terms of cost. Definitely the go to for small block ford stuff. Could be more friendly on the client facing side.

The worst customer service I've ever received. Willing to take my money and tune my car. Difficult to schedule a time to do it but it got done. Now I'm having problems with my tuning device and they are unresponsive. I've called multiple times. I've attached a photo of the email chain. Attacking me on social media. Very unprofessional. Not willing to work out solution. Unresponsive until I made a review on google then proceeded to be rude and condescending.
