I had a great experience here. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They even got me a sooner appointment to address the skin issue I was having. PA Sprouse was so nice, excellent bedside manner. I was disappointed to see all the negative reviews on here because I had a such a wonderful experience from the initial phone call, to booking the appointment, to them going above and beyond to getting me in quickly, and then the actual visit with the dr.

I spent all nite @the er. Got referred to this place. Phoned in &got the answering service who refused to take a msg for me-even tho the recorded msg states to \Stay on the line\ for help in urgent eye care needs. I will call my own pcp

Bad vibes here. Won't be coming back. They've over-engineered the customer experience. Too much tech, process too split up, too impersonal. Feels more like a robotics surgical center than your local, friendly eye doctor. Not for me.
