Greg is a pleasure to work with! I came to him in a time of anxiousness because I managed to let my bookkeeping take a backseat. He quickly and efficiently cleaned up my books!! He is very good at working through tricky issues collaboratively and he charges are quite reasonable. He also was able to explain to me how to better use my software. This team has worked for our organization for two years, and I highly recommend their services. Their routine responsibilities are to run payroll and pay bills, reconcile but when they started, they were able to fix a number of errors in our QuickBooks records that I could not figure out how to do. They discussed with me and leaves written notes about how to correctly enter records in QuickBooks to prevent mistakes I might make going forward. They also helped us prepare for our first audit. This Miami Team became familiar with our somewhat complicated chart of accounts in short order. This team is all that I hoped for in a bookkeeper and more!
