Excellent experience! Karen showed me all the different hot tubs in our budget. She explained the difference between several spas which would better fit my health condition. I gave fibro and chronic fatigue including autoimmune. Pay a little more and get the upgraded tub which offers the lights which help remove bacteria from the water which is exactly water I'm in need of. I can get a tub with a lounger and still be comfortable with 3 other friends. I love the tubs with waterfalls and led lights. I saw a video on YouTube of a Jacuzzi tub lit up at night & the lighting is so beautiful. My sister purchased her spa from Karen and they have owned it 4 years. No issues at all! I'm going to upgrade and spend a little more because I want a tub with lounger, waterfall, and the special blue light that helps remove bacteria. I highly recommend Superior Spas! Karen has provided me with a very highly recommended Hot tub technician providing PROFESSIONAL Chemical Services. He has 14 yrs experience. We recommend Superior Spas for the best Jacuzzi hot tubs and professional chemical services!
Excellent staff! Super friendly place willing to help with all your hottub(spa) needs. Got all the chemicals needed for my hottub and directions for use! I will definitely be going here again.
