Had issues that I couldn’t resolve myself with replacing a seal on the hot tub pump. I took it to their shop and they were able to help me out right away. They broke down the motor and got the pump off where it had siezed up from leaking. They didn’t have the parts in house to replace my pump because mine was a specific type. I’m repaired and enjoying my hot tub.
