I had Tri-County Pumps come and install my water treatment system that I bought. I also needed a new pressure tank for my system. They came and gave me a quote for the installation of the water treatment system (that I already owned) and for the new pressure tank. They came and gave a free estimate. Their prices were exactly what I was looking for in terms of cost. When they arrived to do the install, they were really professional and clean. They did the job quickly and wow did they do a great job. They kept it tight and compact and the location where they installed it was clean. I would highly recommend using this company.

Tri-County Pump Service 6711 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD I am a Disabled American Veteran, sad that I have to post this. 2011 I had this sump pump installed and it has never been installed correctly. I have has over the years for this company to come and fix this. Unfortunately, they do not seem to want to work anything out. My family has never touched this, and it’s been like this ever since they installed it. I have continued to use them for other services and hope to have them resolve this. This is a picture of how they installed it. I am ashamed of their moto. I still have not heard from them since talking with them Dec 2020 Rick Smith Glad to see them respond to this review. I have asked everytime I used them for any type of service for over 10 years. Their tech tells managment but I never get a response. They do good work. How they handle this large job and resolving is the issue.

Amazing, honest, expert and prompt service and great attitude! Kenny and Danny are the best. Kenny is extremely knowledgeable about well water systems. Our well pump broke down. I called them and they came the very next day, replaced everything that needed to be replaced and had the parts already in their truck - so no time wasted like other amateur plumbers who run back and forth to the warehouse to get parts. Never tried to sell me anything that was not required! And Voilla .... we had clean well water again in all faucets. You guys are the best!!!! I would recommend them to anyone in the DMV area that needs well pump service done.

Great job today on our water treatment system, as usual. These guys have been consistently strong since we had it installed ten years ago. Living in the country and using a well, the water can quickly become gross. Having a go-to water service provider is like having a great mechanic.
