I have bought ground emu,ostrich steaks, rack of lamb, and duck breasts. Everything comes well packaged and clearly marked. There are recipes on the website, and customer service is excellent. Thank You Fossil Farms for making my life delicious!

I started ordering during the lockdowns and now I can no longer go back to stop and shop for their low grade meat. Customer services is also spot on I messed up my ship date sent a simple email and bam got my stuff 2 days later!

Great selection of meats (need to pre-order online) and specialty items like New Orleans spices (purchased but haven't tried them yet), friendly and professional staff, great location -- Main Street in Boonton is a fun stroll through town's boutiques and cafes.
