There was one person at this store when we arrived. I stayed in the car thinking it’ll be a quick phone transfer. However, employee made us wait over an hour and kept answering phone calls of other customers. I feel like the car got so hot I couldn’t wait anymore. The employee knew she seen me in the hot car waiting,since all I can see was her staring at me.I feel like if the employee would’ve help the customer first and not others who weren’t visibly in the store it would’ve been a better experience. And still we left with nothing done. Just an hour wasted at this location. This location never has anyone in it and is local to us but seems like we can never come here to get anything fixed or solved. It’s so slow, and unprofessional.This location should just do their job or just shut down.
