Thankfully the owner- I think - Abu was there. Went in for an upgrade on my phone and the girl who helped me didn't switch anything but my number to the new phone. I checked out the phone when I got back to my car and none of my contacts were moved over or anything. When I went back in Abu took care of it. I think the girl needs a course on what customer service really is. Especially in going the extra mile in making customers happy and satisfied.

The cell service is awful...i cant hear ppl when they call or when i call... It sounds like a jumble of words...i have complained to them sooooo many times with no change...gonna change carriers n a few months....their customer service is great....wish they could fix the problem...

So I went in to purchase a phone, paid for what I wanted. Muhammad boost dealer told me that the SIM card may be rejected, as soon as he said that, it popped up. He changed my card, of course and I asked why that would happen, he failed to tell me that he sold me a refurbished phone, I proceed on since I didn’t want a hassle. I left the with the phone and I made a call algae to talk on speaker, made another call had to talk on speaker, I was mad and upset feeling ripped off of 350 for a refurbished phone that I could’ve gotten brand new for the same price. I return to the store to return phone and Muhammad and I tell him, “ you just ripped me off”, and I want my money back. He replies, oh no we don’t do returns it’s final sale. Had to call my boyfriend, after Muhammad runs his mouth to me, which is ok, I stand up for myself and he tells me yet again you aren’t getting your money back. Well I finally got my money back, after someone else steps in to help, don’t go their! Rip off city!
