Go into store to update our auto pay which the employees set up when we bought the phones, and was told it can't be done within the store. Upon explaining that it was originally set up within the store, the agitated employee agreed to \try\ and after 5 mins. snapped \ I told you you have to go online!\. It's obvious customer service is not a priority, as this is not the first time your employees were unable to assist us, so, we will be cancelling our service and switching companies.
