HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KAYLEE ARNOLD! Today I experienced a very rare/bizarre situation with one of my xfinity products purchased at this boost store directly behind Lux Cafe in Goshen. I came into the store furious with my product and Kaylee Arnold, the district manager, handled my problems perfectly! I had every intention to come on here and leave a 1 star review, but with the amazing customer service she presented me with, here I am leaving a 5 star review! Kaylee struggled for countless hours today to help me get my situation resolved and on top of that, helping other customers that were coming in and out of the store as well. She demonstrated 100% patience with a angry customer (me). Kaylee definitely went above and beyond today to help me and I am soo thankful she did. Her store location closed today @ 6pm and here it was @ 8pm her calling me directly to let me know everything was handled just the way I requested it to be! Kaylee deserves a promotion or a raise for sure! I hope her upper management sees this and recognizes her for being the outstanding employee she is. It’s not often anymore that you see employees go above and beyond, especially when the customer isn’t very cooperative. Sorry for my attitude today Kaylee and thank you for such over the top, amazing customer service!!!

The Goshen Lincolnway store helped me so much! I was going in to boost up and my account got all messed up and locked out of my account .kaylee and Lynn worked nonstop to get my service and new phone up and running .i appreciate them both so much for going above and beyond to help me and not give up! Today I finally got my phone up and running this was not there fault but the reps that was on the phone . Huge shout out to kaylee and Lynn you guys need to be recognized for all you do for your customers!
I went in to Boost Mobile with a problem And this is the only Boost Mobile that could help me. It didn't seem like anybody else knew what they're talking about. I had to get help for my S10 plus I appreciate all the help she got it working. You guys are great and thanks again !!!
