Always refer your location and the specific woman I dealt with today (says she the area Manager) after spending a total of 3 hours with boost customer service AND going to ANOTHER location completely out of my way I am now 100% confident that rather than ask a question from someone else she didn't know the answer to, she made up a BS reason that what I was asking to do with my boost up account that I pay for was FRAUD! Yep that's the word she used. Not only was she wrong, I have now wasted another hour driving to an Omaha location but AFTER shaking thier heads and laughing about her claims my daughter finally has a phone

The employees are not friendly or helpful and I knew more about their products and services than they did. They either need to train their employees better or tell them to study. They don't have very many phones in stock and the service has a lot of dead zones right where I live. Overall, I've been to all three Boost mobile locations and none of them are very friendly or helpful. The service is not worth the price.
