I'm a person who really reads reviews of places before I go there and it will affect my decision to patronize a business. I was having an issue with my data plan and after reading the reviews, I decided to go to the Granite City store. I explained the issue I was having to the young lady who waited on me.. even showed her the evidence that backed up my case. She listened and then got on the phone with corporate and spent about 30 minutes trying to explain what happened and telling them that I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. She really went to bat for me! Unfortunately, corporate wouldn't budge...even though it was THEIR mistake! But I was thoroughly impressed with the way Kailey tried...really tried...to resolve the issue in my favor! If I ever need assistance in the future or when the time comes that I need a new phone, I know where to go and who to see...Kailey!! And I highly recommend that if you ever need ANYTHING from Boost, go to the Granite City location and see her!! She's AMAZING...a real customer service superstar!!

Straight forward service, all costs upfront, nothing hidden. Very nice to have a phone company that does what they say, no suprises is great and high quality sprint network never had a issue in 6 months so far.
