1st of all they never have anything I need in the store and what they do have is marked way up. Also, don't go in and pay your bill in person because they charge extra for the human interaction I guess. You are better off doing everything online. Human contact is now frowned upon it seems...

A Few weeks ago I came to see they can help get my daughter IPhone X on . Because her IPhone 8 Plus got destroyed. Clearly she told me she can’t help me. And gave me a number to call. Well I went to another store today and they didn’t charge me but 10 bucks . Thanks for nothing.
