Love this store. They always have my hard to find 13W in several different styles of work boot. And I got my first pair of Cowboy boots here too. Excellent selection. Great help from the staff. Would continue to shop here.

Just came from spending an hour and quite a bit of money at the Paso Boot Barn. A young woman named Sahara helped us and she could not have been nicer or more helpful. She didn't hover but kept checking back and giving us information about the different brands sizing, comfort and directions for fit. She was awesome! We ended up purchasing 4 shirts and a pair of boots. Their dressings rooms are open so you can try stuff on, unlike many other places. We'll be back!
What a great store. Back over 20 years ago I used to work at the Brea location. Great to see the hugh expansion they have created and keeping a friendly staff.
Elle and Wendy were great. Every single employee I came across in this store was super nice. Always wanted to help. Definatley felt like family. Will be returning when they get the boots I really wanted. But I got a pair that I fell in live with. And I'm happy about my boots and the location I chose to buy them.
Great people here, they helped me find a boot that unfortunately had the sole split apart, and they were happy to work with me on the exchange. Then they helped me find a new pair!
Closes early on weekend which is tough but clean and a nice variety of merchandise better by far.
Update 08'20: Still 5 stars, if I could give more stars I would! Wendy was most helpful in handling a problem of a purchase 2 months ago. Efficient, friendly, customer driven. So refreshing to still have a business that gets it! Thank you, Thank you, Wendy!!
Love this place. A little costly but well worth it. You get wait you pay for. Great quality stuff.
