I purchased a trailer about four months ago This will be the third trailer I purchased from there. had great service when purchasing the trailer, when I ran into a issue, where the nuts got loose on one wheel, right away the good service stopped, I was told that I overloaded the trailer, that was not the case trailer is rated for 10,000 pounds I had never excised 8,000 pounds. Also right away I was blamed for not going over nuts, as written at the bottom of paper work, this was not mentioned at the time of purchase, I do have to give credit to the workers for addressing the issue on the spot, but that did not come with out a cost. When the mechanic went over all other wheels they where all tighten to speck as he mentioned. I do not plan to stop using hitchman but hope that they can own up to their mistakes in the future. Thank you.
