Had our solar panels installed in Jan and they still have not sent anybody for inspections. I keep calling and the electric company keeps sending them emails but still no response. Súper bad service.

We have had the best experience with Border Solar. Gerardo our salesman is fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. The installers were amazing and very courteous, on time and not one spec of any material on the ground when they were done. They had a gentleman come and be here when the city did the inspection and we just got the net meter installed in 3 days after inspection. The whole process has been amazing We will recommend this company to everyone....

I have retracted my previous statement about the non-communication. It seems they have fixed their phone issues. I received a call from their field manager and he went out to my house and fixed the problem. Turns out one of the fuses in the breaker panel went out, causing the meter to shut off. Hopefully that should take care of all my issues. I will check back in two weeks.

Been trying to get ahold of someone at this company for the last 5 months... Just to come get a cable replaced... No call back no communication nothing... While I'm here throwing money away because my panels aren't working...

Choosing to install solar panels with Border Solar was the best decision I ever made. Everyone was very thorough & knowledgeable on the entire process. I received wonderful customer service. The entire team from salesperson to installers, & electricians were very professional, as was their service & installation. They did a clean beautiful aesthetic installation. I have saved hundreds since my SunPower system was installed. I couldn't be happier with the company & my SunPower solar panels.
