Called around to find a specific type off ammo and when they answered the phone I was told they had two boxes. He could t hold it for me but said they could only sell me one box. After driving an hour to get there after we walked in we had to ask for help and the guy behind the counter said they didn’t have what we were looking for and point led to an empty shelf. After I saw the two boxes I was told about on the phone the guy said you don’t want that they don’t work. They won’t even shoot 5 feet. After a little back and forth it was obvious that he just didn’t want to sell to me. Apparently I didn’t look like someone he wanted to sell to and would rather keep those on the shelf for a better customer. Well, hope one of your regulars enjoy them. I won’t be back. Clarks is way better service!

Nice place, clean range with good lights and ventilation. Employees are knowledgeable and very nice. Will be coming back again soon.

Very sad, I always want to support local businesses, however this has been one of the worst experiences ever. I saw the reviews and thought maybe they were wrong. Buyers beware, they are not, customer service is horrible. But make your own mind up. Pending further actions will update once situation is resolved.

Not very much for personality that's for sure, very hard to actually hold a conversation when the people there won't even look you in the eye. They may know what they are doing, and that is great, but some personality goes a long way when dealing with customers. I get it that it's not everyone's Forte, and that is fine, but atleast make an attempt to do so and you may not see so many reviews for the same exact issue that's been going on since the business started.
