This isn't just a natural grocery store it's also a full restaurant with a wide selection of delicious healthy food and a full smoothie bar. There are so many bad food choices out there it's awesome to have a truly healthy restaurant in town. Friendly staff, fresh organic healthy food and an amazing selection of various dishes including sandwiches, salad bar, entree's, daily specials and other options. You will not go hungry here. This is absolutely a business that the local community should support and embrace.

If you need something specific for certain dietary needs, this is THE place. They have a very niche selection, which is why I can't really give them a better rating. Prices are what you'd expect for specialty stuff. A bit higher than name brand, but good customer service.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff! Also polite & friendly. I had no idea what I needed when I walked in, but after explaining the issues I've been dealing with, I walked out knowing. Dawn was extremely helpful & I will definitely be going back soon!

Fantastic, locally owned health food store. You can make one stop, and get all of your supplement and grocery needs without paying high prices. The cafe in the back is fantastic too! The salad bar is great, along with the smoothie bar in the cafe corner. Shelia and Randy have a great store, please give your support to local gems such as this.

This place stinks.... I mean it really smells now, and they seem to want you to go home smelling like their migraine inducting smelly store...I have stopped shopping there.
