Finally posting a long overdue review of Boston Automations and Adam Zell. I was working with Adam and outfitting a new home in northern Maine before everything went to hell. I contacted Adam about the Sonos TcFIT product for an entertainment system. Adam was so helpful making sure I got the mounting system that worked best for our application. Adam was always available for questions and took the time to make sure the products I purchased from BA, as well as product I didn’t, was set up properly. I would recommend talking with Adam about any home entertainment or technology needs.

This company is amazing!!!! They arrived on time and were patient with all of my questions. Not only did they meet all of our expectations but they were incredibly respectful of our budget as well. Their customer service and knowledge of the products is unmatched and I fully plan on recommending them to everyone!
Adam was very efficient in helping install everything we needed in our new home. We were able to get our wifi, ring, and security cameras all set up in a timely manner and we couldn’t have asked for a better job. Highly recommend Boston Automation for your future household automation needs!

I'm not the type to write reviews but we were blown away by the service and professionalism from Boston Automations. We hired the Boston Automations team to do a complete smart home upgrade to our home. All of the options were a bit scary at first but Adam must work with people like us all the time because he was very patient and walked us through everything we could do outside of our home and then room by room inside the home. This was all new to us and we had so many questions for him and his team. They explained things in ways that we could understand and now we feel like experts. My wife runs a business from the home and she was very pleased that they showed up right on time and worked around her schedule while her patients were visiting. Over the course of two months we carefully designed the entire house upgrade. There is now landscape lighting all around the house and they installed this crazy speaker system around the pool and put in an outdoor TV that we leave outside all year round. So cool!! We can lock our doors, control all of our lights, see our doorbell, close the garage and view security cameras from one app. While we were chatting one day, they saw the glare from the sun in our kitchen was in the afternoon and showed us these motorized blinds that close automatically. Now we have automatic blinds throughout the house and you guessed it, controlled on the app on our phone. I feel like we're living in the future. There are so many more things that we want to do now and we will definitely be bringing them back. Highly highly recommended!!!
