Wish I saw these reviews before I sent my payment... DON'T use this service!!! I only gave it one star because I couldn't publish this without it. I did eventually receive my resume. When it was late I sent numerous messages asking for an update and or estimated delivery date, but None of my inquires were responded to. That's when I wrote my original review. I then sent a number of messages requesting the resume or a refund. Again, None of my messages were responded to, No explanation or apology was issued for the delay or lack of communication.
This is a scam! Took my 100, never sent the form to start the process and now won't respond. Stay away!
She stop responding to email as soon as the payment was made. I had to cancel the credit card. She blocked me when i ask for a refund . Total scam.
