I had a great experience at Cappellino Chevy in Boston, NY. It first started with a phone call with Marc Olsen, the sales Manager. He was very professional in getting me the information that I requested and he was fast and responsive. After purchasing the car we did have an issue and a repair was required. We live out of NY state and Marc stepped up to the plate and had the car repaired at our local Chevy dealer. This was above and beyond what they had to do to comply with a used vehicle warranty.
