We waited over 50 minutes at baggage claim for our bags for this airline at Boston Logan. This wasn't just once we got off the plane. We waited 50 minutes after going through customs so over an hour after we got off the flight. It was after a 16 hour flight so we were very ready to get home. Also the seats are very tight, especially when people lean back. It's near impossible to use a normal size laptop in their economy section of the person in front of you reclines their chair. I will not fly this airline again and I recommend you do not either.

My travel agent failed to execute a change to my itinerary causing me to miss a flight and spend an adfitional day (28 hours) in an airport. Cathay and its employees help me make the best if a problematic situation and were exceptional in providing assistance. They earned tremendous respect from me.

SALMONELLA POISONED IN BUSINESS CLASS! Flew business class Boston to Hong Kong. On the return flight I had the “snack” menu item instead of the full dinner so I could sleep. The snack is a hamburger and fries. One day later and I have salmonella poisoning full blast. This is the only food I had so I know it is the culprit. When it was delivered to my seat it was cold, and had uncooked bacon on top of it. I took one bite out of curiosity and knew immediately this was not going to be good, but that one bite ended up getting me. When the flight attendant came over and saw that I had not eaten thr hamburger she asked me if I did not like it. I said it was cold and not cooked properly and her reply was “well, it’s a new snack and we haven’t fully learned how to cook it” essentially acknowledging that the food was not prepared correctly.

Truth Is Unstoppable

They don't answer the phone after 2.5 days of calling a hundred times through out the day, the 1 time they did answer the phone they put me on hold for 15 mins then hung up. AND they lost my luggage and didn't deliver it on the day they said which is why im f**king calling. Avoid them.
