Online store/website: Excellent array of gourmet items and cookware. I love browsing the website and discovering new delicacies such as freekeh, kaya and Korean hot sauce, not to mention the innumerable sugars from around the world such as jaggery and panela. The only issue is that they are often running out of items, and it's frustrating to have an order ready to go, receive an email alert that a product is back in stock, go to the website to complete your order and then another item is backordered! It can feel like a game of musical chairs. However, that is probably due to Milk Street's popularity combined with the pandemic, so I am hoping things will calm down eventually. Great website, highly recommend!

I was in Boston for training for a few days, and was so glad there was a class offered at Milk Street when I was there. Loved, loved Birgitte's class on Danish cooking. She is an amazing teacher, and her passion for great, fresh food and her love of the food of Denmark came through loud and clear. The cooking school space is heavenly, great demonstration island and wonderful hands on cooking area. The Milk Street group is warm, inviting and passionate about sharing their space and love of food. I have been a Cook's Illustrated, Cook's Country, Milk Street fan forever, so it was a thrill to actually be in their kitchen!

Great experience. For a long-time home cook it was still so insightful to pick up many tips and tricks along the way. Engaging instructor and staff and fantastic facility. I can't wait to take more classes!

I got a random magazine and tried several dishes from it, and those were delicious. So I went online to sign up for the magazine which was 12 days for 1, including a free physical issue. Right after the sign up, I started to receive 2 to 3 emails a day, which is certainly annoying, so I went back to the website to cancel my trial. But you cannot simply cancel the magazine online, you have to call the customer service, which I didn't have phone service at the time so I didn't call them....Two months later I got their issue and asked me to pay?!?!? This is lousy customer service, it is like I am forced to pay it. I like the magazine but that is it. The website is hard to use and highly unlikable. All they want is getting money from customers. So disappointing.

I booked a class for my wife, brother in law, and his wife. We all had a great time and learned not just a ecipe\, but techniques that we'll be able to bring into our own kitchens. Excellent balance between demos and hands on cooking. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Well worth it.
