I am a first time customer and extremely satisfied. The cleaning was done very well. My ducts no longer drop soot through the vent. The customer service was great, and I was even able to cancel my card and pay with a different one.

This is my first time getting my air ducts cleaned. We went through hell trying to do it ourselves, and my partner Leo suggested we just pay for a professional to do it for us. Turns out these guys were just the professionals Leo was looking for. Punctual, professional, competent at what they do.
In my opinion John was a consummate professional. He gave me a run-through about his line of work which made me better grok what I was getting myself into. I would like to apologize that I was a bit arrogant and pushy; the price that was given was actually a lot fairer than I had initially thought. John didn't mind my pushy attitude and I fully respect him for that.
Service was outstanding. These men know how to clean ducts. The cleaning was very thorough and all the dust is now gone, and the before and after pictures they supplied is proof of that.
I was for someone who was capable of doing duct replacement in the colony tx, and it seemed like these people lived nearest to me so I decided to use them. From what I can gather, they seemed really professional and straightforward.
