CouCou not only has the most fashionable & unique kid’s clothes, but also has the best customer service online (as I am located in CA, so I can't even imagine how amazing they are in person!) Have questions about your order? They are quick to respond in the chat box or via email. Even Astrid, the owner, has personally helped me with silly questions like what shoe size to order. Don't even get me started on their packaging! It is SO cute!! So I always know my friends are going to be surprised when they get my gift in the mail. I feel like family every time I shop here, & I love feeling confident that my friends will love their gift! It's a win win.
