Cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from D&G. I got a flat around 8PM on a Sunday, and was referred to D&G by another roadside assistance company. They were extremely prompt and their driver, Jordan, was incredibly kind and professional. When I picked my car up the staff was extremely friendly and helpful— they had not only replaced my tires as requested for a very reasonable price, but cleaned my car too! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.
Awful service and staff. Inflexible office hours to pick up vehicle. Called ahead got quoted on price to pick up . I was out of work at 6 went to the site to pay my fee and leave and no one was there. Website says open 24 hours I show up at 6:05pm and am told by a tow driver that stumbled in that I have to come back tomorrow when the office is open and I will be charged an additional 30 dollars. I asked the driver that I had the fee I just want my car . The employee said he wasn't going to help me and to come back tomorrow and bring the late penalty fee. Are you kidding me your website says 24 hours!!!!!! Honestly disgusted and am sick to my stomach with the professionalism, service and communication of D&G Towing. DO NOT GO HERE FOR AUTOBODY NEEDS they will nickel and dime you for abysmal quality, and service.
They towed my car, damaged my front end, and argued with me when I went to pick up my car. Also, at one point they threw my money back at me and told me to come back when I could \afford it\. If that isn't a comment on how not to treat a person of color in this environment, I'm not sure what is.I have never been treated so wrongly when picking up my car anywhere else. To top it all off, amidst the change they gave me was some fake money. They will be hearing from a lawyer.
I got a flat tire today at around 3pm. There was this amazing driver named Dalua, he was so kind and understanding. He gave my mom and my grandma an amazing experience! Would definitely use this company again!!
