My boyfriend’s favorite store is Filson and I called before Christmas to see if they had a certain bib. They saved it for me so I could pick it up at the store. The staff was unbelievably helpful with sizing, later we got them hemmed and they were super knowledgeable, prompt, took them to the local tailor and had them shipped to him. He is so excited and I am beyond impressed with the store and it’s staff. Thank y’all so much!

Had a repair needed to my backpack, brought it in, and received phenomenal service are handling (enough to be compelled to write this post). They went above and beyond my standards to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. This brand is trusted by me more than any other retailer.
Burger King has better customer service than Filson. I made a purchase online and not in the Boston store, but everyone dealing with this horrible company deserves to know what they are getting into. I placed an order 12/20 for a holiday gift. I received a confirmation email that told me they'd be in touch with tracking info as soon as it ships. 2 weeks go by and I hear nothing. Finally I get an email saying my refund has been processed. I didn't ask for a refund. I never cancelled my order. Filson took my money. Sat on it for 2 weeks and then canceled my order with no explanation. I tried calling numerous times only to sit on hold for 20 minutes a time. I have a job and don't have time to sit on the phone. I sent multiple emails to their customer service and never heard back once, Save your money and save your time. It's all cheaply made, over priced Chinese junk anyway.
